Deluxe Room
This apartment has been renovated, and the balcony has a view of the pool, tennis court and canal. Pelican Cove is approximately 50m walk to the Broadwater. There is a beautifully appointed living/dining room. The kitchen is fully fitted out to be self-contained with a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge freezer and cooking utensils.
The main bedroom has an ensuite, and the main bathroom has a bath. There is a washing machine and, for your convenience, a Nespresso coffee machine. The unit’s layout is a queen in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is a designated basement car park with close access to the unit.
